Capturing the Business Wish List

Fenjan Coffee is a prominent one-stop shop and the top online coffee marketplace for all the coffee lovers in the UAE.

Our partner wanted to create an enthusiastic communication and branding tone of voice to reflect their friendly approach with their customers who share the love of coffee.

Our team captured the needs and started converting them into reality by creating visuals that convey this enthusiastic and friendly approach by developing the known (excellence) hand gesture logo symbol that people express on a daily basis to help create the connection between the consumer and the brand, and to create a signature for the brand. Colors and typography demonstrate a sense of contemporarily. And the hand drawing illustrations connect people emotionally with the brand image.

As usual, our team nailed it and the result consisted of a cutting-edge brand identity that people can connect with and trust.

Fenjan Coffee wanted to develop an approachable communication tone of voice to reflect their brand identity to their customers.

Breaking down the project, everyday was a success story on its own. The team focused on implementing the strategy in a phased-out process starting with researching the brand and its current position and status.

We created a draft communication guidelines supported by best practices and a suggested approach for the tone of voice and the branding identity.
